Rosh Hashanah – 2020 | 5781 Dates:

  • 1st Night – Friday 18 September 2020 | Light Candles at 5.56PM
  • 1st Day – Shabbat Morning – 19 September 2020 | Light Holiday Candles after 6.53PM (from a pre-existing flame)
  • 2nd Night – Shabbat Evening – 19 September 2020
  • 2nd Day – Sunday Morning – 20 September 2020 | Holiday ends at 6.54PM.

Due to the unprecedented COVID times that we are in we require anyone wishing to attend Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur services to pre-register so we know how many people are attending and have a list of names as per contact tracing guidelines.

As we don’t know what COVID level we will be under, we cannot yet advise on our service times.

The safety of the community is a priority and we will follow all government rulings. We will be doing our very best to ensure everyone is accommodated though regardless of what level we will be under.

  • Second Day – Sunday 4 October 2020 | Holiday ends 8.06PM
